The editorial office delivers free legal copies to the Book Chamber of the Russian Federation whence they are sent to the largest libraries of the country. The list of libraries where you can get acquainted with all issues of the journal for free is provided below.

If there is no opportunity to visit the libraries or access to the internet, it is possible to get acquainted with any of the issues in the editorial office of the journal. The editorial office keeps an archive of all published paper issues, starting from 2004.
